Tropical Storm In Effect – Major Events Cancelled
Jamaica is now under a Tropical Storm watch has strong waves currently affecting the central Caribbean, fast approach the island and is expected to make contact within 48 hours.
Fishers on the cays and banks are strongly advised to evacuate immediately, and start returning to the mainland. Other small craft operators in coastal waters urged to return to port, and those in port are advised not to venture out.
