Man Abducted and Killed In Clarendon
A man was kidnapped from his home and killed Saturday after in the parish of Clarendon.
The victim has been identified as 28 year old Shemroy Plummer of the district of Free Town, Clarendon.
Investigations revealed that Plummer was at his home when two unidentified men entered his premises wearing mask.
The men asked for money and jewellery items from Plummer and the other occupants of the house but none was made available.
Plummer and two other persons were subsequently kidnapped after the robbers demands where not met.
The masked men eventually released two of the abductees, a male and a female who eventually informed the police of the incident.
A search was immediately initiated which led to the discovering of Plummer’s body on the roadside of a highway in the parish.
The body had several chop wounds which has been deduced to be the cause of death.
The police are currently investigating to ascertain the identities of the men or persons who may have information to assist with the search.
